Caitlin Helfeldt

Caitlin Helfeldt is an experienced professional in the sports and hospitality industries, currently serving as an Account Services Representative with the Buffalo Sabres since December 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin held positions at the Cleveland Browns as both an Account Executive and Inside Sales Consultant from 2020 to December 2021. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Merchandise Distribution Center Processor with the Cleveland Indians in late 2019 and an internship with the Buffalo Bisons in the summer of 2019. Caitlin also worked as a waitress at Lager and Vine Restaurant from October 2017 to May 2019. Educationally, Caitlin graduated from Kent State University in 2019 with a degree in Communications.
