Dan Peters

Dan Peters has a robust background in sports media and development, currently serving as Associate Manager of Media - Business Development for the Buffalo Sabres since November 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Media Traffic Coordinator and On-Ice Instructor for the NHLPA Learn to Play Initiative at the same organization. Dan worked as a US Scout for the Erie Otters Hockey Club from May 2019 to September 2023, and previously held a scouting position at ISS Hockey and a seasonal Public Relations Specialist role at USA Hockey Player Development Camps. Dan began their career in media relations as a Graduate Assistant for the Buffalo Sabres. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from St. John Fisher University, earned between 2010 and 2012, and also attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2010.
