Currently serving as the Sr Ticket Operations Coordinator at the Buffalo Sabres since December 2018, Melissa has previously held the position of Ticket Operations Coordinator. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Tickets.com as a Client Services Representative from January 2018 to December 2018. Melissa's career with the Buffalo Sabres began in September 2001, where Melissa progressed from an Account Services Representative to their current leadership role. Additionally, Melissa gained experience as an Insurance Agent at Overdorf Associates Agency from May 2003 to September 2006.
