Michelle Girardi Zumwalt

Michelle Girardi Zumwalt is an accomplished Supervising Producer for Buffalo Sabres since August 2023, responsible for managing the digital brand strategy video production team. With extensive experience in the sports industry, Michelle has served as a Supervising Producer for both the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres at Pegula Sports and Entertainment since June 2015, overseeing original content and acting as showrunner for various series. Prior to this, Michelle garnered recognition as a Senior Producer at NFL Films, winning three Sports Emmy Awards and earning an Emmy nomination for the documentary "Four Falls of Buffalo." As a founder and president of Bills Backers United in Philadelphia, Michelle engaged the local fan community, and earlier roles include marketing assistant and journalism intern, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and media. Michelle holds a BA in Communication/Journalism and English from St. John Fisher College.
