William Wind

William Wind, MD FAAOS, currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and has held this position since August 2003. In addition, William Wind is the Head Team Physician for Niagara University and for UB Football, and serves as the Team Orthopaedic Surgeon for UB Basketball. Since July 2015, William Wind has been the Head Team Physician for the Rochester Americans and has also served as the Assistant Team Physician for the Buffalo Sabres since August 2012. William Wind completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at SUNY at Buffalo, following medical education at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine.
