Case Management Team

The Case Management Team at the Buffalo Urban League assists African Americans, other minorities, and disadvantaged individuals in securing economic self-reliance and civil rights. They provide personalized support through case management, community advocacy, career development, re-entry services, and educational guidance. The team addresses various aspects of empowerment, including economic, health, civic engagement, and racial justice, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and tailored assistance to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
