Beverly Tate is a seasoned business coach and sales consultant with nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Currently affiliated with Buffini & Company since October 2004, Beverly holds multiple memberships including O2O Coaching, Team Coaching, and RM Pro Membership. From June 2015 to June 2023, Beverly worked as a Realtor and Operations professional with Windermere Homes & Estates, serving in roles such as Listing Agent and Buyers Agent on The Eric Matz Team. Prior experience includes tenure as a Realtor Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southwest Region from March 2003 to May 2015, where Beverly was recognized as Rookie of the Year at the 4S Ranch Office. Education credentials include a Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation and a Real Estate License, along with studies at Palomar College.
