Tara Cavanagh

Tara Cavanagh, MA, ACC, currently serves as a Business Performance Coach at Buffini & Company since May 2021. With extensive experience in coaching and program management, Tara has also held roles such as Local Coordinator for Cultural Exchange at InterExchange since October 2013 and Leadership & Congregational Development Coach at The Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey from September 2018 to October 2023. Additionally, Tara was the Program Manager for International Work Programs at InterExchange from 2006 to 2011 and has worked as a Professional Development & Leadership Coach at Coaching Insights. Other notable positions include Learning Consultant & Facilitator at VIPKid and Client Relationship Manager at Coldwell Banker. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, and History from Washington College.
