Mindy Bayreuther

Mindy Bayreuther is the Chief Security Officer at Buford City School District. Mindy began their law enforcement career in July 1988 as an Assistant Chief with Gwinnett County. In this role, they oversaw the Support Operations Division, which included the Facilities Maintenance Section, Communications Section / 911 Center, Office of Emergency Management, Evidence / Property Section, Fleet Management and Operations, Lobby Security Officers / Teleserve Section, and Records and Open Records / GCIC Section. Mindy served Gwinnett County for 30 years before taking their current position with Buford City School District.

Mindy Bayreuther's educational career consists of a Masters in Public Administration from Columbus State University, a GILEE 24th Delegation to Israel from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix.

They work with Ashley Condon - Student Services Director, Amanda Grannon - Director of Personnel, and Amy Moody - Executive Secretary to Superintendent's Office. Mindy Bayreuther reports to Melanie Reed, Superintendent.
