Haim Kapuza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical service management and training operations. Since January 2008, Haim has served as the Technical Lab Service Manager at Bug Multisystem Ltd., overseeing customer service operations, repair services for network customers, and logistics management while acting as the primary contact for overseas vendors and manufacturers. Additionally, Haim previously held the role of Training and Ops Manager, where responsibilities included developing and implementing training programs for company employees. Prior to this, Haim was the Co-Owner of Aqua Cafe from September 2004 to December 2007, managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including logistics planning, inventory management, and employee oversight.
