Chris Nadan

Chris Nadan is an experienced legal professional who currently serves as the Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Bugcrowd Inc., a leading crowdsourced cybersecurity platform company. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Actian Corporation. Chris is also a Founding Member of TechGC, an independent peer community for General Counsels. In addition to their corporate roles, Chris has also taught a law school course on "Intellectual Property Transactions" as an Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law.
