Eric Fitzgerald

Eric Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Eric most recently worked at Bugcrowd as an IT Technical Specialist in the EMEA region. Prior to that, they worked at Coinbase as an IT Technical Support Engineer. Eric gained significant experience at Zendesk as an IT Technical Specialist, where they were part of the IT Employee Experience team in Dublin. Before that, they worked as an Equipment Maintenance Technician for Astreya Partners at Google Ireland, diagnosing technical issues with IT equipment and managing its distribution and maintenance. During their time at Tesco, Eric worked as a General Assistant, primarily to support their studies, and at Homebase, they worked as a Salesperson, focusing on customer service and relationship-building.

Eric Fitzgerald completed a Level 5 diploma in IT Programming from Crumlin College OFE in 2013-2014. In the following year, they pursued a Level 6 diploma in Networking and IT infrastructure from the same institution, completing it in 2014-2015. In 2023, Eric enrolled in Coursera and completed the Foundations of UX Design program, focusing on Design and Visual Communications, General.
