Franco de Berardinis

Franco De Berardinis has extensive experience in legal consulting, particularly in the field of industrial property. Since January 1983, Franco has served as a senior consultant and partner at Bugnion SpA, the first dedicated industrial property consulting firm established in Rimini, focusing on client care and development. Additionally, Franco has held the position of head of the Rimini office, overseeing the regions of Romagna, Marche, and the Republic of San Marino. Prior to this role, Franco was responsible for group legal affairs at SCM Group SpA from 1979 to 1982. Franco holds a law degree specializing in corporate law and has completed classical education with a diploma in Maturità Classica.
