Bhavesh Govind Naik

Bhavesh Govind Naik is a seasoned professional with a strong background in research and development, currently serving as a Research and Development Manager at Bühler Group since October 2017. Previously, Bhavesh held the position of R&D Manager at Flowserve, focusing on the design and development of pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Bhavesh's experience includes a role as Senior Manager-CAED at Fouress Engineering India Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed basic engineering design for various valves, material selection, and actuator sizing. With prior positions at IBM as an Advisory Consultant and at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant, Bhavesh has extensive expertise in CAD integration and technical support for CAD/CAM software. Bhavesh began professional training as a Graduate Trainee at Hindustan Machine Tools. Academic qualifications include a Master of Technology in Engineering Design from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from S.T.J.
