Martin Staeger

Martin Staeger is an accomplished program director currently leading the global business transformation program at Bühler Group since June 2018, overseeing strategy deployment across nine business areas and six regions. Previously, Martin served as the Head of Customer Service for Advanced Materials at GE Power, where responsibilities included developing markets for gas turbine services and managing long-term contracts. Martin's extensive background includes roles as Managing Director at Alstom O&M Ltd., where oversight involved a $700M business in service agreements for gas turbine power plants, and various sales leadership positions at Alstom and ABB. Martin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTL Brugg Windisch.
