Mary Olwal

Mary Olwal is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Grain Quality & Supply and CFO for Grains & Food at Bühler Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Mary co-founded and held the position of CEO at Circular Food Solutions, where a breakthrough solution for the food industry was developed under the brand Legria. Mary has substantial experience at Bühler Group, having worked in various capacities, including Head of Customer Project Controlling and Project Controller from October 2010 to September 2018. Additionally, Mary served as Division Controller at Coop from August 2009 to July 2010 and was a finalist at MassChallenge Switzerland in 2018. Educationally, Mary holds a Master’s degree in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
