Peter Rosemann

Peter Rosemann currently serves as Head HR Corporate Processes & Systems at Bühler Group since August 2024, after a tenure as Head Digitalization at the University of Zurich from September 2023 to July 2024. Previously, Peter was Group Head HR Systems & Processes at Swiss Life from January 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading the group-wide WORKDAY implementation. Earlier roles include Global Head HR Systems & Processes at BAUMANN SPRINGS LTD and Head of Global HR Systems Program Management at Daniel Swarovski Corporation AG. Peter's career began at Holcim Group Support Ltd. as Senior Project Manager for Talent Solutions, and Peter has held various senior consulting positions in technical training and learning organizations. Peter holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, completed between 1990 and 1995.
