Thomas Sauerer is currently the Head of Total Syncro / Quality at Bühler Group, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Lean Manager at both Webasto Group and OSRAM from 1999 to 2022. Thomas earned a Master’s degree in Lean Operations Management from Donau-Universität Krems, where they studied from 2015 to 2018.
