Jose Leon

Jose Leon is an accomplished product manager and technology expert with a diverse background in geospatial analytics, startup mentorship, and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Build since March 2023, Jose also mentors early-stage startups at AUGE-UCR. Previous roles include Senior Director of Network Intelligence at REEF, where Jose led the creation of the Geoscore analytical tool and developed internal geospatial matching tools. As Co-founder and CTO at StanPlus, a Series A funded startup, Jose oversaw a tech-enabled ambulance service. Earlier experience includes product management at Yelp, where Jose contributed to significant user growth, and a role as Geospatial Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Jose holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Industrial Engineering and Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University.
