Teresa Dussault, MBA, PMP, serves as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Consultant at Build Capable since December 2018, specializing in training and workforce development for adult learners. Previously, Teresa held prominent roles, including Senior Associate Director of Programs and Operations Manager at The Task Force for Global Health, focusing on global health initiatives, as well as Associate Director of Programs where end-to-end project management of training products was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes positions at Elsevier as an Editorial Project Manager, leading projects in nursing competency development, and as Senior Project Manager at National Retail Services Group, overseeing significant retail construction projects. Educational credentials include an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Emory University, along with prior studies at the University of Chicago.

Build Capable applies evidence-based instructional design principles and the latest technology and data standards to create online learning experiences, plan learning ecosystems, and implement performance-based measurement and evaluation.
