William Housey

William Housey, CFA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Fixed Income and Senior Portfolio Manager at First Trust since June 2010. In addition, William has been an Emeritus Board member at BUILD Chicago since October 2009, an organization dedicated to supporting at-risk youth in achieving their educational and career goals. Prior to First Trust, William held the position of Executive Director at both Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Van Kampen Investments from 1999 to June 2010. William holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University, earned between 2003 and 2006, and a bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University, completed in 1996.
