Theo M. has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. They started their career at KPMG as a Technology Consultant, where they worked from 2014 to 2017. Theo then moved on to Kriya (formerly MarketFinance) as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018. They later joined ClearBank® as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2019 to July 2019, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Nexford University from July 2019 to December 2019. Theo then worked at Deltatre as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2019 to February 2020. They then joined TruRating, where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineer from March 2020 to December 2020, and Tech Lead from December 2020 to December 2022.
Afterwards, Theo took on a role as a Senior DevOps Engineer at PANGIAM from December 2022 to May 2023. Following this, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Indra Renewable Technologies and Build Circle from May 2023 onwards, where they are involved in innovative smart EV charging and V2G technology development. Overall, Theo's experience spans from consulting and software engineering to tech leadership and innovation in the renewable energy sector.
Theo M. attended Forest Hill School from 2003 to 2010, where they completed their high school education with a focus on mathematics. They then went on to study at The University of Edinburgh from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics.
