Paul Hattee is a seasoned leader in the construction and building materials industry, boasting over 40 years of experience from hands-on roles to boardroom positions. Paul began their career as an apprentice plumber and joined Burton Roofing Merchants Ltd. in 1993, where they progressed to Managing Director by 2017, significantly increasing turnover and successfully integrating acquired companies. Having concluded their tenure as Chairman, Paul now operates in a semi-retired capacity as a non-executive advisor, currently supporting early-stage businesses like Build Concierge to modernize service delivery in construction. Passionate about innovation and mentorship, Paul is committed to fostering the next generation in the industry.
