Poncho Garces

Poncho Garces is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in supervisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Superintendent at Build Group, Inc. since January 2019, Poncho previously held the position of Superintendent at Lendlease from January 2017 to January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Project Superintendent at Swinerton for a brief period in 2016, followed by a role as Foreman at Nevell Group, Inc. from March 2015 to August 2016. Poncho's career in construction began at KHS&S Contractors, where tenure lasted from April 2001 to February 2014 in the role of Superintendent.
