Erik Schlesinger has over 20 years of work experience. Erik began their career in 1996 as Vice President at TD Waterhouse. In 2006, they joined Townsend Analytics | RealTick, a Lehman Brothers Company, as Vice President, Head of Trading & Client Service, where they reorganized the service model to ITIL Service Management Framework and revamped service desk technology stack, reducing costs from 10.0% to 7.4% of revenue while decreasing response and resolution times by more than 90%. In 2008, they moved to RealTick LLC | Barclays Capital as Vice President, Global Product & Project Management. In 2010, they became SVP, Head of Global Product Strategy & Marketing at RealTick LLC, A ConvergEx Group Company. In 2013, they joined Eze Software Group as Director, Global Strategy. In 2016, they became CEO of Build Scale Prosper.
Erik Schlesinger received a BS in Finance from Eastern Illinois University between 1992 and 1995. Erik has also obtained several additional certifications, including SPIN Selling from the Miller Heiman Group in 2010, Professional Selling & Selling Coaching Skills from the Miller Heiman Group UK (Formally Achieve Global) in 2001, Professional Service & Service Coaching Skills from the Miller Heiman Group UK (Formally Achieve Global) in 1997, FINRA Licenses - Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 63, 65 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), ITIL Certification from ITIL Certified, and Pragmatic Marketing/Institute from Pragmatic Marketing/Institute.
