Stephanie Hoer

Stephanie Hoer, MA has an extensive background in the non-profit sector, with a focus on mission-driven work. With a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from Hollins University, Stephanie has held various leadership positions at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, including Vice President of Mission Services and Director of Youth and Day Support Services. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Build Smart Institute, Stephanie brings her expertise in program services and organizational management to the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College.
