Ilya Novikov

Ilya Novikov has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ilya started their career in 1995 as an Engineer at Sando LLC, where they worked until 2000. Novikov then joined Logrus ZAO as a Senior Sales Manager from 2001 to 2003. Ilya served as the CTO at MX-Group from 2003 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Novikov worked as a Partner Readiness Program Trainer at Microsoft Partner Readiness, providing training on Microsoft products. Ilya then moved on to MFI Soft as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2013. Novikov gained experience as a Project Manager at SwitchRay Inc. from 2013 to 2016, managing projects related to product implementation. Finally, they served as an IT Department Manager at Reglament Nizhny Novgorod from 2016 to 2018, where they handled technical support for clients, provided consulting services, and managed installation projects for interactive and projection equipment, as well as computer classrooms. Since 2018, Novikov has been working as a Project Manager at Buildateam.

Ilya Novikov completed their education in a chronological order. Ilya attended Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University named after R.Y. Alekseev (NSTU) from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Radioengineering. Prior to that, they attended Nizhniy Novgorod Technical College (NTK) from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Radioengineering.

In addition to their formal education, Ilya Novikov also obtained certifications in various subjects. In 2019, they obtained a certification in "Web-development basics: HTML and CSS" from Stepik. In 2011, they obtained the "MCTS: Designing, Assessing, and Optimizing Software Asset Management (SAM)" certification from Microsoft. In the same year, they also obtained the "MCTS: Volume Licensing Specialist, Large Organizations" certification from Microsoft. Prior to that, in 2009, they obtained the "MCTS: Volume Licensing Specialist, Small and Medium Organizations" certification, also from Microsoft.
