Simon Bond

Simon Bond is an experienced Building Surveyor with a diverse background in surveying and management. Currently employed at Buildcert since November 2020, Simon previously worked at Metro Building Consultancy Pty Ltd and has a solid history of roles in both building surveying and data processing. Notable earlier positions include serving as a Crew Supervisor for Exploration Contractor, overseeing airborne surveys, and conducting Federal Government domestic audits with Fieldforce Services. Simon also has management experience from Coolwater Direct, where responsibilities included overseeing engineers for water filter units. Academically, Simon holds a Master’s degree in Building Surveying from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
