Richard Kashian

Rich has built and sold two software companies, Simpad and Kova Solutions to MiTek USA. Simpad's Blackpoint software was focused on CAD options and materials information from BIM, and Kova Solutions provided full Operations Management Software. Presently, Rich is the Division President of BIMaire, providing digital marketing software, estimating and BIM Solutions.

Areas of expertise: Provides a full technology review to identify opportunities for improvement to the clients overall technology applications, implementing software solutions for homebuilders.
