Jess Ourand

Jess Ourand is currently a Senior Product Manager at Builder Prime and also holds the position of Director of Customer Success. Previously, Jess worked at Gust where they held the roles of Customer Support Manager, Account Manager, and Customer Support Associate. Prior to Gust, Jess was a Head Teacher at Monkey Tree International Group and an Elementary School Teacher at Edupower English Services. Jess attended Old Dominion University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
