Gavin Alaoen

Gavin Alaoen is an accomplished Creative Director with extensive experience in digital and motion design across various influential companies. Currently serving as Creative Director at Builders since January 2022, Gavin oversees a team that produces social and video content, translating brand strategies into captivating marketing materials. Previously, as Creative Director of Social & Digital Design at Paramount, Gavin shaped the digital presence of prominent brands within the MTV Entertainment Group and contributed to significant brand initiatives. With a strong foundation from positions at ViacomCBS, Viacom, and experience in freelance roles at various renowned publications and agencies, Gavin has honed skills in design management, social content creation, and high-level strategy development. Gavin holds a BFA in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design.
