Aidan Warner is currently serving as a Transaction Coordinator for Permanent Financing at Builders Capital since November 2024. Previously, Aidan worked as a Loan Officer at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, where the proactive generation of business through networking resulted in over $3 million in closed loans within the first eight months. Aidan's experience also includes a role as a Loan Workout Analyst at Upright, preventing foreclosures through effective loan modifications, and analyzing real estate liabilities as an Acquisitions Associate and intern at Home Partners of America. Aidan began a career in customer service, demonstrating strong client interaction and sales skills at MOD Pizza and Waterway Gas & Wash. Aidan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University Chicago.
