Chris Valle serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Builders FirstSource since June 2021. Previously, Chris held similar senior HR roles at K&D Benton Winery and DOLE Fresh Vegetables, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at K & S Inc. Chris's extensive HR experience began at the United States Postal Service as an EAS 22 Human Resources Labor Relations Officer, following a career in the United States Marine Corps. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an option in Criminology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Northridge, and has also attended Los Angeles Pierce College.
