Matthew Brooks

Matthew Brooks, MBA, is a seasoned sales professional with a focus on the construction industry and project management. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Builders FirstSource since July 2023 within the Manager in Training Rotational Program, Matthew previously held key roles such as Sales Director at INTEGRIS Lighting, where responsibilities included opening the Colorado market and developing industry relationships. Matthew also contributed to Oldcastle Infrastructure as a Sales Representative / Project Manager, facilitating new business development and managing substantial projects for the power, electric, and communications sectors. Earlier career achievements at Hilti, including roles as MRO and Capital Project Manager and Offshore / Onshore Account Manager, highlight success in managing capital projects and generating significant new business. Matthew holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, and Business Marketing from the University of Houston.
