Nydia Tanco

Nydia Tanco possesses extensive human resources experience, currently serving as the Sr HR Director for the South Central Region at Builders FirstSource since November 2019, overseeing HR support for approximately 4,500 team members across more than 80 locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas. Prior to this role, Nydia held the position of HR Manager at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. from November 2012 to November 2019, focusing on human resources and training. Earlier career positions include roles in HR and training at Acer and a QA Supervisor position at Sallie Mae. Nydia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
