Paul Hutson

Paul Hutson is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and internal auditing with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Loss Prevention Specialist and previously as an Internal Auditor at Builders FirstSource since August 2018, Paul coordinates and performs comprehensive audits across IT, financial, operational, and physical inventory functions. Prior to this, Paul worked at Protiviti from April 2014 to August 2018 as a Senior Consultant focusing on IT SOX controls for clients in diverse sectors, including Distribution and Financial Services. From October 2007 to March 2014, Paul held the position of Internal Auditor and Data Engineer at American Airlines, where responsibilities included developing continuous monitoring systems to enhance fraud investigation efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Paul holds a BBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, earned between 1974 and 1979.
