Sue Oberg

Sue Oberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and governance. Currently serving as the Director of MDM and Data Governance at Builders FirstSource since September 2022, Sue leads initiatives related to Master Data solutions and overall data governance. Previous roles include Enterprise Data Leader at Republic National Distributing Company, Senior Consultant at DataCraft Partners, and Director of Master Data Management at InComm, where Sue successfully developed a comprehensive strategy for MDM implementation. With a solid foundation in financial analysis and project management from positions at Ernst & Young, Wells Real Estate Funds, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, Sue’s expertise spans data architecture, quality, and business intelligence, complemented by a BA in Economics-Math from Colby College.
