Dionne Wallace Oakley

Dionne Wallace Oakley is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as an Independent Director at Builders since December 2023 and as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Freddie Mac since September 2021, also taking on the role of Interim Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer. Prior to Freddie Mac, Dionne held several leadership positions at Erie Insurance Group from January 2011 to August 2021, including Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Strategy. Dionne's early career spanned various roles at State Farm Insurance from 1989 to 2011, where responsibilities included Corporate Human Resources Director and claims management. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business from Delaware State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Towson University, Dionne has a robust background in talent management and human resource strategies.
