Andrew Douglas

Andrew Douglas, CBIA, currently serves as an Underwriting Operations Trainer at Builders Mutual, where responsibilities include training new hires in underwriting processes and developing training materials to enhance profitability and reduce loss ratios. Prior experience includes roles as an Agency Service Representative, where Andrew managed commercial insurance quotations and endorsements, and a Financial Reporting Intern at Blue Cross NC, focusing on project estimation analysis and improvement strategies. Additionally, Andrew founded Sladeway Apparel, promoting affordable clothing and self-expression, and held management and crew positions at Fred Smith Company and Firehouse Subs, respectively.
