Joseph Scott, CMPC-L, has extensive experience in customer service management and operational leadership across various industries, including insurance, healthcare, and energy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Customer Contact Center at Builders Mutual Insurance Company, Joseph has successfully designed and implemented a start-up business unit. Prior roles include Customer Service Manager at Siemens Energy, where collaboration on Electric Vehicle charging stations was key, and Customer Care Manager positions at Siemens Healthcare and ACS Government Healthcare, where Joseph oversaw technical support and operational efficiency, yielding significant cost savings.
