Stephanie Butts

Stephanie Butts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Stephanie began their career in 2013 as a Senior Sales Associate at The Araca Group and later worked as a Talent Management Associate at Baker Entertainment, LLC. In 2015, they served as a Broadway Classroom Representative at Broadway.com. Stephanie then transitioned to administrative roles, working as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist at HRS Management LLC from 2016 to 2017 and as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Tremblant Capital from 2017 to 2019. Stephanie subsequently joined Green Key Resources as an Executive Recruiter in 2019. Currently, Stephanie holds the position of Chief of Staff at Builders + Backers, having previously worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO of the same company.

Stephanie Butts completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Musical Theatre at Southeast Missouri State University from 2007 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Arts Administration at Castleton University from 2016 to 2017.
