Jeff Clark, CPA

Jeff Clark, CPA has over 24 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Jeff began their career in 1997 as a Junior Audit at Ernst & Young. In 2004, they joined Rothstein Kass as a Senior Accountant. In 2005, they became an Account Manager at Citco Fund Services, where they managed a team of 10 hedge fund administration specialists. Jeff then moved to Conifer Securities in 2007, where they were a Fund Accounting Manager and supervised a team of fund accountants. In 2011, they joined Makena Capital as an Assistant Controller. In 2013, they became a Controller at Lateef Investment Management, where they were responsible for all internal and external financial statement reporting, budget analysis, financial projections, investor reporting and performance measurements. In 2015, they joined Agile Fund Solutions, LLC as a Controller. Finally, in 2021, they became the VP Controller at Builders VC.

Jeff Clark, CPA has a long history of education. Jeff earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1997, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting. Jeff then went on to complete their MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco School of Management in 2003.
