Matthew De Silva

Matthew De Silva currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Pathos since August 2021 and holds the position of Venture Partner at Builders VC, an early-stage $250M fund focused on healthcare and life sciences. Since March 2021, Matthew has been an Angel investor and Syndicate Lead at Longtail Health Ventures, which emphasizes investment at various development stages, particularly seed and series A. Additionally, Matthew acts as an Advisor and Angel Investor for Endpoint Health and was the Founder and Executive Chairman of Notable Labs from May 2014 to October 2023. Prior experiences include roles as Portfolio Manager at Clarium Capital Management and Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, along with an internship at Moore Capital Management. Matthew's educational background includes a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University and studies at Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
