Mike Rosengarten

Mike Rosengarten is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as a General Partner at Builders VC since February 2025, Mike focuses on supporting founders throughout their entrepreneurial journeys. Previously, Mike held the position of EVP Technology at Clariti from May 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading technology initiatives and integrating solutions following the acquisition of Camino. As Co-Founder and CEO of Camino from January 2017 to June 2023, Mike successfully built a best-in-class Permitting & Licensing solution for the public sector, driving the company to a successful acquisition by Clariti Software. Earlier in career, Mike founded Persista in 2015 to improve content discovery across SaaS applications and was a key member of the founding team at OpenGov Inc., serving as Chief Technology Officer and Product from September 2012 to July 2015. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
