Kinga Ryczek

Kinga Ryczek is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in administrative and people management roles. Currently serving as a People Specialist at Builders Vision since March 2021, Kinga has also held multiple executive assistant positions within the company, supporting high-level executives such as the President and Chief People Officer. Prior to this, Kinga worked as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Dream Town Realty and served as a Household Manager for private families, enhancing organizational and management skills. Additional experience includes roles as a Market Research Intern at Enodo Inc and a Leasing Consultant at Lakeview Associates, Inc. Kinga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from DePaul University and an Associate’s Degree in Arts from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
