Ralston Simmons

Ralston Simmons, CISM, serves as the Director of Cybersecurity at Builders Vision since June 2025. Previously, Ralston held the position of Director of Information Security at Vivid Seats from December 2023 to June 2025, and served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at William Blair from December 2014 to December 2023. Ralston's earlier experience includes roles in governance, risk, and compliance at U.S. Cellular (July 2012 - November 2014) and as the Director of IT Risk Management at CommScope (January 2008 - June 2012), following CommScope's acquisition of Andrew Corporation. At Andrew Corporation, Ralston was involved in strategic security management and application security from June 2005 to December 2007. Ralston began the career at Peoples Energy, working as a Senior Systems Analyst from 1991 to 2004. Ralston holds a BA in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, and French from Butler University and an MBA in Management Science and Computers from Loyola University Chicago.
