Charla Badalucco has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Buildertrend since September 2019. Over the years, Charla has advanced through various roles within Buildertrend, including CSS Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Buildertrend, Charla worked as a Business Development Specialist at Cole Information and held the position of Manager of Operations at Box Office Ticket Sales from April 2013 to November 2018. Charla's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute and an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Metropolitan Community College, complemented by studies at Elkhorn High School.
