John Bimson

John Bimson is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Principal Developer for Supplier Insights at Buildertrend since June 2023, Bimson previously held the role of Director of Engineering at FICO from October 2011 to June 2023, where key accomplishments included serving as Chief of Staff for the Analytic Services division and working as an architect in the Marketing Solutions Product and Technology Organization. Prior engagements include Senior Consultant at Object Partners, Manager at Capgemini, and Senior Solution Architect at Perficient. Bimson began a career in software engineering at BEA Systems before obtaining a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
