Keara Buckle

Keara Buckle has extensive work experience in the field of design and strategy. Keara is currently the Head of Product Design at Buildertrend, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Duke Energy Corporation, including Manager of Design Strategy, Lead Design Strategist, and Design Strategist, from October 2019 to August 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Content Studio Leader at Alight Solutions from an unknown start date to October 2019. From an unknown start date to 2016, they worked as an Associate Partner at Aon Hewitt, where they led the development of next-generation products and solutions. Keara also worked as a Senior Consultant and Creative Strategist at Aon Hewitt from an unknown start date to 2014. Additionally, they have experience as an Adjunct Marketing Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from an unknown start date to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Content Lead at Hewitt Associates from an unknown start date to 2010. Keara began their career as a Content Writer at Write On Target, Inc. from April 2006 to March 2008.

Keara Buckle obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Leadership from the University of Dayton, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2009 and 2011.
