Laura McCown has over 17 years of experience in quality assurance and client services, currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at Buildertrend since September 2017, where Laura has progressed through multiple QA roles. Prior to Buildertrend, Laura worked at Fiserv from October 2013 to September 2017, holding positions from Senior Client Service Analyst to Client Service Analyst. Laura began their career at Infogroup as a Quality Assurance Associate from January 2006 to September 2013. Laura completed a degree in Business Administration at Metropolitan Community College between 2012 and 2014.
